IT Sales Manager (BDM) (offline)

As a must:

— At least 1.5 years in IT software sales;

— Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;

— Work experience with Upwork, Linkedin, and other platforms you feel comfortable with;

— Experience in closing deals from start to finish;

— Understanding of WordPress, PHP, JS, and/or UX UI design is a must;

— Multitasking, attentive to details, goal-oriented mindset, stress resistance, and self-development;

— Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques;

— Proven experience in technical software sales/Full understanding of the software industry and development cycle;

— Ability to understand customer’s needs;

— Good communication and presentation skills;


Will be plus:

— Pre-sale activities;

— Leadership skills;

— Team player;

— Good understanding of the European market specifically with the DACH area and the UK;

— Good understanding of how to build long-term relations with partners;

— Experience in writing custom messages and scripts.



— Handle inbound leads;

— Search for potential customers when the inbound is not enough;

— Conducting business correspondence and signing contracts with customers to sell the company’s services.
