People Partner (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Following all procedures related to employees' onboarding, retention, satisfaction, professional growth and rotations;
- Collaborating with Delivery Managers in order to track all employees’ related procedures in the Company;
- Maintaining human resource records;
- Conducting market researches and surveys with the aim to keep company’s processes and benefits on the market level;
- Planning and performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture;
- Assistance with the main activities within HR department.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as HR in IT field;
- Understanding of business processes used in an IT company;
- High level of self-organization and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Stress-resistance;
- Being a proactive and result oriented person;
- Intermediate (or higher) level of English.

Nice to but not obligatory:
- Experience in creating surveys, corporate policies and procedures;
- Experience with Jira.
