We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team. The Talent Sourcer is responsible for efficiently sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, utilizing various recruiting tools and strategies, ensuring optimization of the recruiting process, and establishing effective communication with potential talents.

 

In our company, the Talent Sourcer will focus on sourcing candidates across various tech and non-tech directions and building the recruitment system. They will also collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs, improve internal recruiting processes, and continually analyze market trends to ensure the company's competitiveness in the job market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Searching for relevant candidates according to the requirements of hiring managers

Building a candidate database

Creating a separate list of candidates for media buyer sprints + corresponding communication to engage existing candidates in participating in the sprints

Developing a communication system with different types of candidates

 

Requirements:

Experience with Boolean search, X-Ray Search - would be a plus

Ability to work with different roles and markets

Experience in sourcing candidates for both technical and non-technical positions

Familiarity with Linkedin, Chrome extensions (such as GlossaryTech, RocketReach, Hunter etc)
