Middle/Senior Shopware Developer - back-end (offline)

Barwenock is a US-based award-winning software engineering company with experience in developing complex solutions for companies worldwide. Currently, we’re looking for the Middle/Senior Shopware Developer - back-end specialist for the upcoming project!

Our candidate:

Proven experience of 3+ years in Shopware Back-End Development.
Proficiency in Shopware platform.
Strong expertise in PHP and MySQL for back-end development.
Knowledge of Symfony framework, Shopware APIs, and extension development.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Good command of English (B2 level).
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain Shopware-based e-commerce solutions.
Implement custom functionalities, plugins, and extensions in the Shopware environment.
Ensure seamless integration of back-end components with the Shopware platform.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing Shopware applications for performance and scalability.
Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on Shopware best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies within the e-commerce and Shopware ecosystem.

The role is designed for individuals with existing commitments, requiring a minimum of 30 hours weekly and offering flexibility to accommodate current work schedules.
