HR People Partner (offline)

We are looking for an HR Manager for the product gambling team, who will strengthen the HR department in the direction of working with employees.


You will:

- Interact with a team of remote workers (staff of 150+ people);

- Support the life cycle of an employee (Onboarding, Adaptation, Performance review, 1on1s, Exit Interview, etc.);

- Develop strategies together with HRD and implement them in work;

- Implement employees (PeopleForce) in CRM;

- Conduct personal conversations, motivational conversations, resolve conflict situations;

- Participate in the development and implementation of Company Policies;

- Participate in the development and analysis of surveys, participation in the creation of an evaluation system and current analytics (180Β°, 360Β° and others);

- Organize events, team building and other HR activities.


From you:

- 2+ years of practical work experience in a similar position (HR Manager, People Partner, HR Generalist);

- Knowledge and experience of working with HR processes: from adaptation to dismissal, evaluation and 1-to-1;

- Ability to conduct interviews (1-1), assessments, surveys and other formats to gather information and provide feedback;

- Experience in creating a work plan (6-12 months) + modification of this plan (making adjustments) if necessary;

- Experience in developing corporate culture and implementing new solutions;

- Proactive position;

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and negotiation skills;

- English is a spoken language.
