Main duties: mentoring and coaching to create a high-performing, self-organizing teams. The Agile Coach will help the teams to take accountability for its results, providing help and support along the way. As a passionate “agilest”, the Agile Coach will spend each day creating the environment for success in both the teams, and the organization.

Responsibilities:

Agile Coaching:

- Cultivate Agile mindset across the organization
- Serve as agile coach to stakeholders
- Spread Agile expertise: conduct trainings, workshops, presentations

Creative Environment:

- Team dynamics expert: support Squads in design, forming and storming stages
- Nurture self-governance in teams he oversees
- Support HR and line-managers (in hiring and OKRs)
- Assist in conflict resolution
-Events facilitation

Flow:

- Analyze, surface and coach the teams across the organization how to solve problems and roadblocks

Transparency:

- Build boards and design reports
- Apply data driven approach

Community Support:

- Build the cross-team alignment
- Contribute to the Agile Guild
- Share the knowledge acquired (via lean coffee, blogging platform)

Requirements:

- Experience of already being a full-role Agile Coach or Scrum Master is a must
- Successful experience helping Teams to become more effective at building great products with Scrum
- Passionate about, and has deep and broad knowledge of Scrum and Agile
- Understanding team dynamics and prove of helping teams to become more effective
- Great facilitation skills and can design and run engaging and effective Sprint Retrospective
- Clear understanding of Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Owner roles and its boundaries
- Great training, mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to influence and motivate without hierarchical authority
- Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders to support the change process
- Fluent English
- Ability to lead a team

Desirable:

- Technical background, experience as a Developer or QA
- Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP) or equivalent

Personal skills:

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal, communication, listening and questioning skills
