Technology Recruiter (offline)

You will play a major role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional talent within our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and technology leaders to understand their staffing needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Global candidate sourcing (in both EU and NA regions):

Employ diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent for technology roles.

Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to build a robust candidate pipeline.

• Talent Assessment:

Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about technology trends, market salary rates, and competitor analysis to provide strategic advice to clients.

• Data-Driven Approach:

Utilize recruitment analytics and reporting tools to track key metrics and optimize the recruitment process.

 

We are looking for you to have:

 

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in technology-focused environment.

• Global recruitment experience

• In-depth knowledge of technology roles and a strong network within the tech industry.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for roles such as software developers, engineers, and other tech positions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
