SOFTWARE TEST MANAGER (7695) (Germany) (offline)

Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our company as a Software Test Manager for relocation to Germany (Dresden and Wolfsburg). The project is a state-of-the-art product for the automotive industry.

Our customer is a market leader, providing services to the major companies in automotive industry. The product is a hi-end car infotainment system (advanced real-time information, communication, entertainment, media and navigation systems; deep integration with handheld devices, cloud, and mixed reality, etc.). As hundreds of millions of users will use the product, it will be developed by a large international team, with adherence to the highest levels of quality assurance and industry standards.

Areas of Responsibility
Define project test strategy
Write test plan (Test Scope, Test Strategy, Planning, Reporting, …)
Track execution of a test plan
Provide clear test status & progress reporting
Qualifications
Experienced in software testing
Strong knowledge of software testing procedures and methodology
Strong analytical skills
Experience in estimations of testing activities (high level and detailed estimations)
Team management
Strong communication skills
Automotive SPICE or CMMI
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
Testing approaches (black box, grey box, white box, etc.)
Defects lifecycle
Will be an advantage
Understanding of Project Management processes
Having a Technical/Engineering background is an advantage
Automotive experience
German language proficiency
Requirements analysis experience.
