Senior HR Manager (offline)

Looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager for the Nerdysoft Team`s office in Lviv (we don’t consider candidates from other locations).

As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, employee development, HR operations, etc. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Requirements:

3+years of progressive HR management experience in international company (1000+ specialists), or IT company (250+ specialists);
Experience in covering and coordinating all people-related issues (onboarding & off-boarding, assessment, performance management, the salary review process, etc);
Experience developing and documenting systems and processes, implementing change, and collaborating with employees at all levels to ensure business goals are achieved;
Understanding and maintaining of main HR metrics;
Successful examples of key talent retention;
High level of teamwork and networking;
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a changing environment;
Excellent organization, negotiation, decision-making, sustainable relations-building, and planning skills;
Strong time management, proactivity, and problem-solving skills are also essential;
English level — B1 and higher.

Will be a plus:

Bachelor’s+ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Experience in managing or mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

Development, support and improvement of corporate Policies and Procedures due to the company’s needs;
Managing the process of an employee lifecycle: facilitate onboarding, finalize adaptation and trial period, conduct performance appraisals and compensation reviews, manage exits, etc.;
Retention control: providing job satisfaction talks to identify and address retention risks;
Timely and proper maintenance of HR reports and HR processes, database updating;
Gather and analyze data with HR metrics;
Maintain benefits and compensation packages and, if necessary, update them with your team;
With the help of your team organization of corporate events/activities/team buildings;
Performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture.
