Account Manager/Active Sales Manager (offline)

Your job is to engage with inbound potential customers. There are no outbound phone sales and we NEVER DO COLD CALLING. However, you should be courteous and polite on the phone while helping potential customers and creating long term fans of our company. In addition, you should be clear and concise in your communication, a good listener, and a problem solver.

Requirements:
Experience in Sales and / or Account Management.
Strong communication skills.
Speak and write fluently in English in a professional way. US English preferred.
Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets.
Willing to work United States time 9am — 5pm (East Coast).

Advantages:
Previous experience in business development or sales.
Previous experience in logistics, travel or transportation.
Previous experience in CRM and Phone Systems.
Previous experience working for an American Company.

Duties:
Connect and respond to inbound leads and help them get the best bus for their event.
Be in contact with our vendors and negotiate prices and terms.
Help customers make a decision and book trips with BookBuses.com
Follow up customers, evaluate trips, and keep customers.
