Aimest are seeking a brilliant person to join our small team to assist with the development of our marketing activities so we can achieve our growth plans.


In this role you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies, executing campaigns and leverage the insights to help us gain traction and revenues across new markets outside of Ukraine.


As a Product Marketing Specialist at AIMest, you will be given the responsibility...

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive demand generation in Europe, in particular UK with a focus on growth & optimization. Collaborate with the sales & senior leadership team to align lead generation strategies and tactics;

- Work in tandem with the sales team to align lead generation strategies and tactics, ensuring a cohesive approach;

- Oversee & execute all marketing campaigns, targeting lead generation for our services and industry solutions across Email Marketing, Linkedin and any other channel you deem relevant;

- Handle Account Engagement for building marketing automation, managing lead flows, and scaling conversion operations;

- Generate comprehensive reports using tools like Google Analytics, Linkedin Helper, HubSpot to report on marketing performance;

- Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and explore new opportunities, tactics, and partnerships to drive growth in the demand generation pipeline;

- Propose and implement adaptations to marketing campaigns for better alignment with the UK market based on client feedback, market research or campaign results;

- Forecast and report on the impact of demand generation activities on lead qualification and sales/revenue objectives;

- Track, analyze, and optimize ongoing marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.



- Native or very good level of English is critical for the role;

- Experience and examples of executing marketing with success;

- Proficiency in managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns;

- Experience working with HubSpot CRM and other marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Linked Helper,,, or similar;

- Experience in Website analytics, webinar platforms & social media algorithms;

- Proactive and capable of taking ownership of projects, demonstrating leadership in the digital marketing realm;

- Strong desire to learn and experiment with new strategies and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge digital marketing approach.
