Senior Node.JS Software Developer (offline)

Required skills and experience:
● 5+ years of overall software development experience
● Strong English communication skills, enough to confidently pass interview and later collaborate with the team in technical discussions
● Significant experience with Node.JS
● Significant experience with HapiJS
● Noticeable experience with SQL in general, and PostgreSQL as DBMS
● Experience with Google Cloud platform, including Firebase
● Familiar with such design patterns as DRY, REST, SOLID
● Familiar with microservices
● Familiar with Git
● Familiar with automated testing, continuous integration
● Self-motivated, driven to produce clean code and provide solutions

Would be a plus:
● Experience with GIS (geographic information systems)

Responsibilities:
● Play important role in the implementation of advanced microservice solutions required for on-demand service support
● Use TDD (test driven development) practices
● Deploy and maintain automated unit tests and continuous code deployment
● Research and develop yourself the latest software development technologies and trends, and advise on their advantages for the product if being implemented

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related areas
