β€” 1+ year of experience in IT Lead generation

β€” Familiarity with various CRMs, with a preference for Zoho CRM

β€” Experience utilizing tools for lead generation

β€” Ability to work with LinkedIn and other messengers

β€” Ability to track, analyze, and report on lead generation and conversion metrics

β€” Balancing attention to detail with the efficient prioritization of tasks is crucial

β€” Good written business communication

β€” Proactive attitude, accountability, and receptivity to new ideas

β€” Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to evolving requirements

β€” Flexibility and willingness to embrace new tasks

β€” Good understanding of the customer journey, with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

β€” ​​Experience in writing templates for lead generation

β€” Strong written communication skills (we’re remote!)

β€” Level of English: Upper-Intermediate

 

Responsibilities

β€” Investigate and evaluate new B2B lead generation platforms to boost sales performance

β€” Structure and prepare data for CRM while ensuring fields’ format accuracy

β€” Database management

β€” Oversee and operate automation tools for search, enrichment, and validation purposes

β€” Find potential leads and process them on all possible resources: Email, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
