Publisher Relations Manager (SSP) (offline)

Main responsibilities

 

- Process incoming publisher registrations and onboard them to our platform.

- Proactively monitor customer accounts, analyze their performance and reach out to publishers to offer optimizations where relevant.

- Work with departments of Operations, Sales and Finance so best possible service is delivered to customer.

- Resolve technical issues in cooperation with the tech team.

- Execute product demo for potential customers.

- Ensure increase in profit made by publishers on our platform.

- Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all the clients.

 

Hard skills

 

- Fluent English - required.

- Knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel - required.

- Experience in customer service/customer support 1+ year - required.

- Experience in IT 1+ year - will be a plus.

 

Soft skills

 

- Ability to think critically and analyze the data.

- Result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills.

- Client-oriented.
