Partner Account Manager / Spanish (offline)

We are on the lookout for a talented Partner Account Manager (Spanish), with the great prospect of advancing to the role of Senior Account Manager. You will play a pivotal role in managing our LATAM Partners, building lasting relationships, and spearheading initiatives that contribute to their long-term success.


In this role, you will:

- Manage 20 LATAM Partners with the goal of building long-term relationships and growing their business

- Onboard new Partners

- Conduct regular analytics and timely communicate results to Partners

- Collect, analyze, prioritize, and share feedback from Partners

- Resolve problems Partners have with support and product teams

- Communicate company updates to Partners

- Gather insights from Partners about industry trends implemented in the market


It’s all about you:

- Fluent in Spanish

- Upper-Intermediate English skills

- 1+ year of experience in account management or customer success

- Analytical mindset

- Result-oriented

- Client-focused

- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to structure information and effectively communicate it


Would be a plus:

- Experience with the LATAM market

- Familiarity with different CRM tools

- Proficiency in analytics tools like Tableau or Amplitude
