IT Sales Manager Offline
Main goals:
- Develop and execute sales strategies;
- Conduct research to identify potential customers through established channels such as LinkedIn, email, social media and phone calls;
- Conduct introductory calls with customers to establish rapport, gather information about their company and identify their concerns;
- Identify and engage potential clients, managing the full sales cycle;
- Negotiating and ensuring a smooth customer engagement process;
- Track sales performance and KPIs using CRM tools.
Required skills and knowledge:
- 1+ year of experience in IT sales (IT solutions, or product sales);
- Experience in selling IT service or technology products;
- Strong B2B sales & relationship management skills;
- Ability to identify client pain points and propose customized solutions;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Good English - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level (writing / speaking);
- Must have the skills and desire to sell.
Working conditions:
