About the Role

We have an opening for IT Sourcer/ Recruiter in Ukraine remotely. The successful candidate will join a HR team and help the growth ATTO team.


We are looking to hire a motivated and skilled IT Sourcer/ Recruiter to join our HR team. As a IT Sourcer/ Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our hiring needs. This position requires a strong understanding of the industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about finding the right talent and making a significant impact on our organization's success.



Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and etc.

Screen resumes and conduct in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions and ensure alignment with the organization's needs

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities

Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiation

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)



Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years experience as a full cycle recruiter in IT industry, with a strong understanding of the industry's roles, functions, and hiring challenges

Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, including sourcing and screening candidates

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software

A results-oriented mindset

Fluent in English
