Lead Business analyst (offline)

We are currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join the team on an exciting and challenging client engagement.  

What we are looking for

A professional who will focus on understanding the business needs of our customers.
Highly motivated Specialist capable of:
• Has an experience in the insurance industry
• Manage BA-team work
• Determining of business needs and requirements;
• Requirements elaboration and management;
• Operational objectives determining and sharing them with the development team;
• System requirement and specifications maintenance;
• Providing references for end users by preparing and maintaining user documentation;
• Working closely with the IT management team and with customer;
• Experienced in working with DevOps team;
• Knowledgeable about Clouds (AWS, Azure);
• Experient working with complicated product infrastructure;
• Strong in analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources;
• Able to facilitate, prepare and conduct elicitation sessions;
• Good at problem solving and research skills, system thinking;
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and in different environments;
• Demonstrating good communication skills and Advanced English level;
