Middle/Senior iOS Developer (offline)

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in iOS development;
• Extensive experience with the three most current versions of the iOS SDK;
• Strong understanding of standard iOS interface components such as table views, collection views, navigation controllers, various button and control types, etc., as well as creating custom interface elements;
• Experience working with Core graphics and Core animations;
• Experience with Web Services (either JSON and XML-formatted return data);
• Understanding of block and multi-threaded-based programming concepts;
• Experience with source control systems such as Git, SVN, etc.;
• Familiarity with Apple’s enterprise developer accounts and ad-hoc distribution on standard developer accounts;
• Good communication and interaction skills.
• English level: Intermediate.

Nice to have:
• Experience in development in Swift;
• Knowledge and experience in C++ and cross-platform development.
• Knowledge and experience in other languages as Java, .Net, JS.

Responsibilities:
• Build native iOS apps and architect new features and cross-platform SDK;
• Write organized and structured code;
• Identify and fix performance problems;
• Prototype new ideas and explore new technologies that are at the forefront of mobile (and iPhone) technology;
• Work with a small team on projects that directly impact the end user and the company;
• Direct interaction with Customer;
• Active participation in project discussions and code reviews;
• Work closely with QA engineers to identify and fix product defects;
• Learning new technologies when required;
• Review code, estimate tasks and assignments.

About the Project:
Customer’s App enables employees to enjoy the benefits of the Customer Engagement Optimization suite while being mobile. The app is a unified extension of the core solution. It engages and empowers employees by delivering, on-demand actionable intelligence on-the-go, and allows them to swiftly respond, and take action from the convenience of their own mobile devices.
Employees can:
• View their daily and future schedules as well as their performance scorecard;
• Submit, edit, waitlist, withdraw, time off requests and other schedule changes;
• Stay informed on changes as they happen.
We have 1 application in objective C and 1 in Swift. Both applications work in a client-server mode with some sophisticated UI elements. We’ve also developed a face2face recorder SDK, written in C and Objective C. There is no external framework. Architecture: MVVM.
The second app in Swift doesn`t use external frameworks as well. Both Apps use crashlytics for crash detection and Flurry for analytics.
