Responsibilities
Launch and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn
Work with US / EU markets
Analyze performance and build reports
Connect ad data with CRM (leads → conversions)
Test hypotheses and scale channels
Work with SaaS funnel (trial → activation → conversion)
Requirements (must-have)
2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (3+ preferred), ideally in B2B SaaS or IT products
Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Experience targeting US and/or EU markets
Analytical mindset: reporting, anomaly detection, linking ads to CRM outcomes
English B1+ (ad copy, communication, analytics)
Autonomous and proactive
Nice to have
GA4 (custom channel groups, UTM taxonomy, cross-domain tracking)
HubSpot CRM (understanding attribution → lead sources)
G2 / Capterra or review platform ads
Google Ads certification
Understanding SaaS funnels (not just lead gen)
Bing Ads or other secondary platforms
