Senior Sales Manager (offline)

Dataweb Global Group — an international IT infrastructure solutions provider, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager.


The company was founded in 2002, and now it’s one of the market’s leaders in providing Dedicated Servers, CDN, Collocation, and Cloud Servers solutions. Our customers are international high-loaded projects: VOD cinemas, Ad/CPA networks, FinTech, SaaS, and file-sharing services providers. We have 21 PoPs worldwide in the USA, Europe, and Asia.



- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our cloud and hosting services.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Drive the sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure, both independently and through the team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

- Proactively identify and target new enterprise-level clients, and establish a robust client acquisition strategy.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to refine sales strategies and offerings.

- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

- Measure and report on the success of sales initiatives and recommend improvements based on data and KPIs.



- Proven experience in selling cloud and hosting services to enterprise clients (B2B sales) , with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the enterprise segment, in Europe.

- 5+ years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, specifically focused on enterprise sales.

- In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level cloud and hosting solutions, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of the complex sales cycles and decision-making processes within large enterprises.

- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and reporting, specifically tailored to enterprise sales strategies.

- Leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead a sales team focused on enterprise clients — Big plus.

- Required languages: English — Must in high level, Russian/Ukrainian — preferable.

- Willing and ability to travel (mainly in Europe) whenever needed.
