Business Development Specialist

Outstaff company Ukrany is looking for a Business Development Specialist to work at an American design, brand, and marketing agency.

Job Description:

β€’ Identify and research potential clients

β€’ Develop and maintain client relationships

β€’ Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals

β€’ Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders

β€’ Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed

β€’ Gather useful information from customer and competitor data

β€’ Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives

β€’ Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business

β€’ Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline

β€’ Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business

β€’ Track and report on the status of proposal components

β€’ Conduct ongoing market research

β€’ Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals

β€’ Drive the end-to-end sales process

β€’ Prepare and submit sales contracts

 

Requirements:

β€’ English on C1/fluent level

β€’ 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Specialist

β€’ Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales

β€’ Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

β€’ Familiarity with project management methodologies

β€’ Familiarity with the industry including equipment, logistics and supply-chain management

β€’ Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions

β€’ Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

β€’ Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients

 

Monthly salary: fixed monthly salary + commissions from sales
Negotiated during the HR meeting.

 

Working hours: flexible, but should be available until 2pm NY time zone for meetings or urgencies

Recruitment process:
