Unity Technical Lead

We are looking for a Unity Team Lead to join our team!

What will you do in SuperPlay:


- As the Team Lead you will be guiding the development of the team and making a significant impact on our product's success.
- You will lead and mentor a production team of Unity developers, QA and TA collaborating with various departments to discuss technical requirements of the features and mechanics.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications under your team's supervision.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimizing game performance and memory usage to ensure smooth gameplay on diverse mobile devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity features, best practices, and industry trends, and encourage continuous improvement within the development process.

Requirements:

- Good level of English (both verbal and written)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Unity development and C# programming.
- At least 3 years of experience working on well-known mobile or AAA game titles.
- Proficiency in using Unity tools and plugins such as UniTask, Zenject, Timeline, async.
- Knowledge and experience in optimizing memory and space usage.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and socket programming.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with current design and architectural patterns.
- Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Excellent profiling, debugging, and optimization skills.
- Ability to guide and motivate your team to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Strong code review skills.
- Strong knowledge of scrum methodologies, planning, and estimation techniques.
