Senior B2B SaaS Marketing Manager (offline)

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Senior B2B SaaS Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and fuel our expansion in the competitive Ukrainian market, with a secondary focus on Eastern European countries, including Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. This role will be pivotal, owning and driving all results in Ukraine and playing a critical role in the team’s expansion in these regions. Requirements:

- 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.

- Familiarity with SaaS products and the Software industry is crucial.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

- Proven skills in creating and executing demand generation and lead generation campaigns.

- Proven experience in establishing, managing, and leveraging partnerships to enhance brand visibility and market penetration, particularly in the Polish market.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas and solutions.

- Attention to detail in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on ROI.

- Advance/Fluency in Ukrainian (verbal and written) - must!

- Upper-Intermediate in English (verbal and written) - must!

 

Responsibilities:

- Lead market analysis efforts to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape in Ukraine and Eastern European countries (including Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia).

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our global objectives while tailoring them to the unique needs of these markets.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, outreach and events, to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

- Drive lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, webinars, and targeted advertising, to engage potential B2B clients and partners.

- Manage and nurture strategic partnerships with HR managers and influencers, local businesses, industry associations, and relevant stakeholders to broaden our market presence and enhance the value proposition for our B2B clients.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support lead conversion, revenue generation, and partnership growth.

- Create high-quality, industry-relevant content such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts to showcase our solutions and expertise.

- Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars in collaboration with partners to increase brand visibility and foster relationships within the B2B community.

- Efficiently manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to initiatives that maximize ROI, including partnership activities.

- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives and continuously optimize strategies for better results.

- Hire and manage a dedicated marketing team focused on the Ukrainian market, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

 

Nice to have:

- Prior work in the HR Tech sphere will be a significant plus
