Project Manager with QA background (offline)

Ubertesters is a software development company and the provider of a community of on-demand, global, professional testers with devices to help companies support their mobile testing needs. The company also offers a cloud-based, mobile app testing tool to help companies manage their mobile testing process and in-house QA teams.

Responsibilities for this position include:
• Responsible for managing customers relations, getting initial training on customers application, and then train the QA testers on how to perform their duties.
• Responsible for tracking status and progress of all testing phases for given projects.
• Prioritize testing tasks based on goals and ensure testing milestones, activities and tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Manage community of global, freelance testers. Providing them with test projects and manage their on-going activity while executing the project.
• Ensure test process, methodologies and tools are applied appropriately and that test phase entry/exit criteria are agreed to by customers and applied by the test team.
• Communicate testing status and billing to customers.
• Be passionate about quality assurance testing.

Qualifications for this position include:
• English fluency in high-level is essential, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 2 years of software QA testing and 1 year of QA team lead.
• Project Management Experience and knowledge of techniques, processes and tools to manage the overall testing process
• Experience with documentation and quality systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communications skills.
