*Skills and experience*
At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
Higher education in HR (or related area) is a big advantage
Solid understanding of HR processes and tasks
Ability to manage HR documentation and other administrative tasks
Basic knowledge in Project processes, terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Responsibilities*
Talent search on LinkedIn and other websites
Managing test tasks completion and interviewing candidates
Defining and prompting candidate’s skills on different interview stages
Recruitment for IT and non-IT positions
Employee onboarding
Constant improvement of recruiting processes
Help with company meetups organizations (we work remotely!)
