Chief Marketing Officer (B2B)

Blaize is an outsource development company which delivers custom software web3 solutions for the last 6 years. Currently, we are opening a separate division dedicated to AI-powered development.


We are currently looking for a Marketing Director with at least three years of experience to implement tasks related to increasing lead generation and boosting the company's profits, as well as to build the marketing process in an IT outsourcing company. You will get all the necessary resources + complete influence and responsibility for the marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:
• Design and lead the marketing strategy and direct the execution of all marketing activities to achieve business targets and drive awareness, lead generation, and revenue;
• Execute marketing campaigns leveraging audience and network aggregation with key target audiences;
• Analyze the performance of marketing programs across all channels (including ad spend) to identify the best opportunities for optimization and regularly iterate to maximize performance;
• Launching new campaigns for new markets, segments, and audiences and developing brand recognition in it;
• Create and direct market, competitive, and user research.
• Working with contractors, setting tasks, forming an expression of requirements, and acceptance of work performed.
• Developing a marketing strategy for the company's clients, products, startups and services. Leading marketing activities to achieve the client's business goals.


Requirements:
• Fluent English;
• Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work and lead Independently;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to deliver complex information clearly to your colleagues and through marketing material;
• At least 3+ years of experience in the marketing function, including at least two years in IT outsourcing company;
• Solid experience with managing omnichannel marketing strategy (SEO, email marketing, website development, SMM, PR, Ку etc.);
• Proven experience successfully managing paid acquisition budgets across multiple channels to drive revenue growth;
• Proven skills in working with contractors, setting tasks, forming an expression of requirements, and acceptance of work performed;
• Experience building partner/referral network;


Functions for the probation period (2 months):
1/ Create a marketing strategy.
2/ Achieve a KPI of 20 MQL.
