No COLD calling!!! We’re hiring highly motivated reps to answer phones & take orders for one of the largest moving operations in California. Experience in the moving industry is welcomed but not required. As a Sales/Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for a high level of activity including, engaging with new customers, following up with prospective customers, and setting appointments to close moving services bookings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Engage with new and existing clients to close bookings; Set goals to surpass customer expectations by working closely with TOP management to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities; Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs; Answer questions about moving services; Maintain contact lists in the Company’s customer database; Customer support (answering questions, resolving issues, etc.); Specific tasks may change as the needs of the business progress.
High school diploma or equivalent; 1-Year experience in sales or customer service; Excellent communications skills; Multitasking and highly-organized, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment; Tech-savvy.
Nice to have: Experience in the moving industry Phone sales experience
