As the Head of Content, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our content operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that engages our audience. Responsibilities:

-Technical Task Preparation: Lead the preparation of detailed technical tasks for content creation, ensuring clarity, alignment with project objectives, and efficient workflow management.

Ordering New Content: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify content needs, initiate orders, and manage the timely delivery of high-quality content.

-Content Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high editorial standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

-Task Assignment: Assign tasks to content creators, freelancers, and writers, providing clear instructions and guidelines for optimal content creation.

-Content Upload: Oversee the seamless upload and publication of content on various platforms, ensuring proper formatting, metadata optimization, and effective distribution.

-Freelancer/Writer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, freelancers, and writers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering their professional growth.

-Content Research: Stay updated with industry trends and conduct comprehensive research to identify relevant and engaging content topics, driving content strategy and innovation.

-DMCA Correspondence: Handle DMCA-related matters, including the creation of reports and efficient resolution of copyright infringement issues.

Proficient in content research, leveraging data-driven insights and staying updated with current trends to drive content strategy.

-Familiarity with DMCA reports and copyright infringement matters is preferred.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
