Jooble is the main product. We gather vacancies from 140 000 sources, including corporate websites, social networks, classifieds, and other resources. This product is available in 67 countries.
Our user is a job seeker whom we help find a relevant job opportunity.
Our client is the marketing manager from a job board whom we give an opportunity to attract job seekers.
Our partners` websites help us increase traffic volume by posting our vacancies/widgets. Users visit our website, while partners receive rewards.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Сreating an SEO strategy, woven into the product development strategy, for jooble sites to achieve the company's goals.
Implementing the SEO strategy in collaboration with product managers, development teams, and the Data Science team.
Achieving continuous growth of sessions and revenues from the organic channel for priority countries.
Together with the Head of Outreach, create and implement a strategy for obtaining external links.
Team management, optimization of existing and implementation of new business processes in the team.
Expanding the team's expertise in SEO.
Budgeting resources for SEO and forecasting results.
Reporting on the results of work.

Requirements:
Strategic planning experience as the ability to develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies based on product, competitor, niche analysis, taking into account current trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
More than 3 years of successful experience in managing a team of 10+ people (including hiring, training, goal setting, prioritizing tasks, motivating, monitoring, reporting, performance evaluation, and dismissing employees)
Experience in a product company, experience in successful product development in collaboration with product managers and development team.
Experience in effectively setting up inter-team interaction to achieve company goals.
Experience of effective work on improving landing pages and conversion.
Experience of effective work with European/American markets.
Experience in automation management.
Strong analytical skills (advanced level of Excel / Google Sheets), ability to analyze data and draw conclusions from it to continuously adjust, improve strategies and achieve business goals.
Technical expertise (knowledge of technical aspects of SEO) and deep understanding of how search engines work.
English level sufficient to read and understand texts.
Examples of successfully implemented cases, projects with organic traffic growth in competitive niches.
