Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a passion for learning and creating in the IT outsourcing industry, particularly in the field of blockchain technology. In the role of a Junior Graphic Designer at Tacans Dev, you will have a vital role in creating visually appealing and informative materials to showcase our expertise, services, and success stories.

Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts and designs for graphic and social media marketing, occasionally print designs.
- Participate in all aspects of the design process from ideation to final execution.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, ideas, and layouts.
- Share work early and often and seek out constructive feedback from others.
- Care deeply about the quality and speed of work with a desire for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing managers and other designers. Create visual content and dynamic graphic for social media channels with them.
- Understand and play off of the dynamics of the industry, hot topics, etc to create graphic.
- Ability to work on a distributed, self-driven, proactive team.
- Coordinate with other designers and videographers to complete the design task.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of working experience in Graphic Design, Branding and Identity Creation.
- A degree in a visual design-related field.
- Highly proficient in All mainstream design software, specifically Photoshop, AI, Sigma and any other relevant tool.
- Able to adhere to tight deadlines and changes.
- Experience working with Teams to create compelling visual resources.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Competent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Team player and with a proactive work ethic.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, quick, responsive.

Preferred, but not required:
- Experience in Technology, Blockchain or Cryptocurrency Marketing.
- Experience in animation and/or videography.
