Requirements:
- Must have shipped at least 1 game as a Lead or Senior Game Designer.
- Deep understanding of game systems and player motivations.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and rectify game design and systemic issues.
- Experience working in Unity 3D Engine.
- Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong management and planning skills.
- Passionate about playing and creating games.
- Interested in web3 and blockchain technologies.
- Bonus: worked in f2p and on RPG and Strategy Games.

Location: any place except Russia
