Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for promoting new partnerships with world-known companies, including the creation of detailed presentations and strategic guidelines.
Oversee the entire process of creating and designing effective advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and brand image.
Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities by conducting thorough market analysis and staying updated with industry trends.
Lead the creation of compelling ad copy and visuals, utilizing market insights and consumer behavior analysis for maximum impact.
Analyze market data and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize advertising strategies.
Ensure the accurate documentation and management of partnership agreements and advertising campaign details.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.

Requirements:
Upper Intermediate English level;
Upper Intermediate Spanish level;
Proactiveness and responsible approach to tasks;
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Details oriented with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities;
