The Role
As a Senior 1C/BAS Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our 1C system. This position holds significant responsibility and offers an opportunity for development, especially with our upcoming transition from 1C to Oracle NetSuite. You’ll be joining a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in ERP systems management and development.

What You Will Do
- Support and Develop 1C Functionalities: Ensure the ongoing maintenance and development of new features within the 1C system.
- Issue Resolution: Actively identify and resolve any issues within the current 1C system.
- Integration Support: Maintain and support integrations with NetSuite, PandaDoc, Stripe, BigQuery, and other internal components.
- Innovation and Automation: Engage in the design of new invoice templates and automate routine manual tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Potential for Growth: As we plan to transition to NetSuite, there will be opportunities to expand your role and skill set in NetSuite development.

What We Look For
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in 1C development and a strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Openness to learning new technologies and systems, particularly NetSuite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with the team and report on progress.

Nice to Have
- Experience in Transitioning Systems: Prior experience in migrating or transitioning from one ERP system to another, especially to NetSuite, is highly advantageous.
- Automation Skills: Skills in automating business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Additional ERP Experience: Experience with other ERP systems or integrations is a plus.
- Certifications: Any relevant certifications in ERP systems or software development.
