Lead Generation Specialist

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cyber security. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

Currently, we are looking for a smart and creative Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

The tasks will be assigned as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
— B2-C1 level in English;
— Experience on similar role in IT company 1+ year;
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
— Experience in database management and research based on ICP;
— Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision;
— Familiar with software outstaffing/outsourcing market;
— Data-driven & goal-oriented approach in work.

GOOD TO HAVE:
— Experience with Hubspot;
— Experience with Linkedin & Email Campaigns launch;
— Experience with Leadfeeder, Expandi, Linked Helper, Phantom Buster, Snov.io or other tools for outreach automation;
— Experience with cold sequence creation and new sales channels research;
— Experience with Linkedin & Email Campaigns launch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Searching for qualified leads through conducting comprehensive marketing research;
— Searching for qualified leads on different platforms;
— Collecting of leads’ contact information for cold emailing;
— Entering and updating data in CRM;
— Implement the automation of the outreach process on LinkedIn, via email, and other channels;
— Writing proper and catchy emails and messages;
— Communicating with leads;
— Preparing reports.
