✅ Previous Lead Generation Experience via LinkedIn & Email in IT Staffing\Outsourcing
✅ Spoken and written English
✅ Proactivity, analytical mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Full-time availability
✅ Perform hands on research and other activities for successful lead generation

Tasks include:
✅ Adjust if necessary our current ideal target persona based on the given ICP
✅ Develop an outreach strategy via LinkedIn & Email for potential lead generation based on the ICP
✅ Create and share valuable content, such as personalized email, messages and other content that is to be used for lead generation efforts.
✅ Keep meticulous records of all interactions, leads, and communications in a CRM or spreadsheet for easy tracking and follow-up.
✅ Data Analysis and Reporting to CMO, COO and CEO
