Leading QA company QA Madness is looking for a smart and creative Lead Generation Specialist (Remote) as a part of the Lead Generation team. Our sales team goal is to boost Lead Generation to the next level. Your goal is to ensure stable leads flow to make a predictable sales pipeline from each outbound channel.

Currently, we are looking for a smart and creative Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
β€” B2+ level in English;
β€” Experience on a similar role in IT company 1+ year;
β€” Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
β€” Experience in database management and research based on ICP;
β€” Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision;
β€” Familiar with software outstaffing/outsourcing market;
β€” Data-driven & goal-oriented approach in work.

Good to have:
β€” Experience with Hubspot;
β€” Experience with Linkedin & Email Campaigns launch;
β€” Experience with Leadfeeder, Expandi, Linked Helper, Phantom Buster, Snov.io or other tools for outreach automation;
β€” Experience with cold sequence creation and new sales channels research;
β€” Experience with Linkedin & Email Campaigns launch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
β€” Searching for qualified leads through conducting comprehensive marketing research;
β€” Searching for qualified leads on different platforms;
β€” Collecting leads' contact information for cold emailing;
β€” Entering and updating data in CRM;
β€” Implement the automation of the outreach process on LinkedIn, via email, and other channels;
β€” Writing proper and catchy emails and messages;
β€” Communicating with leads;
β€” Preparing reports.
