Objectives of this role:
As a Lead Generator, your primary objective will be to represent our company’s services to potential clients. You will use your extensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how our services meet customer needs.
Additionally, you will generate leads and build relationships by creating and nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
Your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and develop a solid pipeline of sales opportunities.
• 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales
• Good understanding of the IT market
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Strong expertise in building lead gen workflows: Apollo, Sales Navigator, Zero Bounce.
• Collecting data sets with company details; minim average 35% open rate, 3-7% response rate
• Experience in IT outsourcing sales and lead generation processes
• Experience in email and LinkedIn outbound sales in B2B
• Ability to connect and develop strong prospect relationships
• Desire to build a world-class sales organization
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• At least Upper-intermediate English level
