Incode Group is a growing company, and now we need a responsible person to lead the sales team in the new company unit. We're searching for a Head of Sales who has strong sales and leadership skills, as well as the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. This person will lead the team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within the IT outstaff/outsource industry.
-Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures for the sales team.
-Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
-Establish policies that promote sales culture and vision.
-Oversee daily procedures of the unit and the work of sales managers/leadgens.
-Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
-Write and submit reports to the COO in all matters of importance.
Requirements and skills:
-Proven experience as Sales/Head of Sales or relevant role, especially working with Upwork, LinkedIn, Behance/Dribbble, inbound/outbound leads and content/email marketing.
-Advanced spoken and written English skills.
-Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Project Management, Development, etc.
-Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
-Solid grasp of data analysis and sales/performance/operation metrics.
-Outstanding organizational and leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
-Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
-Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
