AI Specialist (Expert in ChatGPT)

Underhood is engaged in the implementation of complex b2b and b2c solutions and helps companies run their business more efficiently. Our core product is a CRM/ERP system for companies in the online communication and entertainment industry, and our customers are the largest players in the market.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic AI specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in developing and implementing AI-based solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Researching possible AI solutions to meet business needs - off-the-shelf services (OpenAI), off-the-shelf models (presented on HuggingFace, etc.), or creating your own solution;
- Implementation of AI-based technical solutions, including chatbots and APIs;
- Supporting AI-based technical solutions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy;
- Maintaining technical documentation;
- Interact with other departments and teams within the company - business, analytics, and IT;
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in the AI industry.

Requirements
- Real experience working with AI projects;
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages, knowledge of OOP, Git, and development principles;
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, especially NLP, ML/DL, LLM, GPT;
- Proficiency in modern AI tools and platforms;
- Excellent communication skills;
- English - Upper Intermediate or higher.
