Leads Researcher

Our team needs a Researcher for the sales department, who has a startup personality and is flexible, proactive, and creative. We will grow fast together :) Are you our perfect match?

Required Skills:

● Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
● Proactive and highly organized
● Attention to details
● Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, trends
● Superb communication, and collaboration abilities
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze big volumes of data
● Experience in using various research tools (Apollo)
● Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a results-driven environment

Responsibilities:

● Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities
● Utilize various research methods
● Stay updated on industry news, developments, and trends
● Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop strategies for reaching leads
● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research findings
● Coordinate with the other departments to produce effective strategies
