Account support manager (Romanian)

We are currently looking for a new team member to support our clients from Moldova and Romania.

What do you have to do:
1. Communicate with clients (chat and telephone).
2. Answer any questions related to setting up the site.
3. Create tasks for the team and monitor their implementation.


What you need to know for this job:
1. Romanian language is a must. Be able to formulate clearly your thoughts in written and oral form.
2. Any experience with websites.
3. Know the principles of website operation and the basics of web technologies.
