We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager with a strong background in the iGaming industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing key accounts, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing the seamless integration of new partners and clients.
It is important for us that you have:
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during integrations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to handle top partners and the pressure that comes along with it
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry changes
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- English level: Advanced; Ukrainian level: Advanced
You will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the iGaming industry
- Building strong relationships with key clients and understanding client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively
- Collaborating with technical teams to manage and resolve integration issues promptly
- Providing hands-on support during integration phases to ensure successful implementation
- Ongoing monitoring of user and partner feedback to proactively anticipate business needs and relay them to the appropriate department
