Customer Support Engineer $700-800 Offline
Join our fast growing company as a Customer Support Engineer with fluent English.
You will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive top-notch support and technical assistance.
It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: 5 days per week; 9 am - 6 pm/3 pm β 12 am/12 am - 9 am EET. The candidate has to be ready to work with all these shifts.

Your responsibilities:
- Politely respond to customers' inquiries in a timely manner;
- Work on 2 and 3-level cases;
- Cooperate with development and QA teams to resolve the issues from customers;
- Review and improve the Customer Support Section including FAQ, Knowledge Base on our website;
- Analyze customer requests and suggest improvements.
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
- Higher computer engineering education;
- English C1 (writing and speaking);
- Good knowledge of Mac and Windows OS;
- Strong problem resolution skills;
- Experience as a Customer Support Representative;
- Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
- You can work from home, donβt be distracted;
- Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
