a full-service marketing agency based in Baltimore, MD, is looking for a Social Media Strategist/Manager to plan, manage and execute social media campaigns for our clients. Our clients range from B2C to B2B to B2B2C across a variety of industries, and most incorporate social media into their overall marketing strategy.

This role is part of a team that is led by an account manager and supported by creatives who will help craft the copy and design. Additionally, it is client facing and the role is responsible for tracking social marketing analytics and adjusting strategy when warranted. Experience is a must!

This role is full-time, and is located in Baltimore, MD. Candidates must be able to attend client and team meetings in person on a bi-weekly basis, but may work from home on other workdays.


Create, manage and implement social media strategies and content calendars for the C-360 brand and our diverse clients.
Create, maintain and “own” social media playbooks/style guides.
Observe and report on social media trends within client industry and beyond.
Adapt client social media strategy according to current trends, analytics and company brand and vision.
Increase overall engagement on social media and actively seek growth opportunities through strategic insights, initiatives, and direct communication with users.
Work alongside the client teams to execute social media campaigns and provide analytics and recommendations.
Support clients in budgeting and execution of boosted organic and paid advertising in all social channels.
Keep a pulse on current events within client’s industry, competitors, etc. and alert clients with a point of view and recommended action.
Encourage greater social media participation by clients’ employees.
Build loyalty with our existing clients.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of social media campaign development and execution experience, both organic and paid
Strong analytical and project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects
Experience with social media management tools such as Facebook Ad Manager, Loomly, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
Creative, innovative thinker who loves a challenge
Be a strong communicator
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Be a self-starter and ready to own your role
Working hours: 9-5PM Eastern Time
