Back-end Skills: Node.js
Front-end Skills: React.js but you need to have experience with React Native.
Technical Lead Duties :
- Assessing project briefs to determine the technical parameters and required resources.
- Delegating daily and weekly tasks to technical team members.
- Identifying project risks and formulating strategies to guard against them.
- Coaching and motivating team members.
- Writing progress reports and liaising with senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintaining industry knowledge.
The contract is mid-term and part-time so far with the potential to become full-time and long-term.
