Team Lead of Recruiting

We are an international product company in the iGaming industry with a robust presence in global markets. As part of our ongoing expansion and commitment to excellence, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead of Recruiting to join our dynamic team.

Mission:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the recruitment team, ensuring the successful acquisition of top talent that aligns with the organization's goals and values. This involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from planning and sourcing to candidate selection and onboarding, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. 

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and staffing needs;
- Supervising, coaching, and mentoring the recruitment team to ensure the achievement of recruitment goals and objectives;
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection;
- Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals;
- Continuously reviewing and refining recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience;
- Setting recruitment targets, tracking team performance metrics, and providing regular feedback to ensure the team's productivity and effectiveness.

Key skills:
- 2 years of experience in iGaming industry
- 4+ years of recruiting experience (experience in closing vacancies at different levels of seniority: C-Level, Head, Team Lead, Senior);
- Experience in the international market;
- Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle;
- Successful experience in closing marketing positions;
- Excellent talent sourcing and acquisition skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to develop and build relationships;
- English level - Upper intermediate.
