We are currently seeking an experienced Account/Sales Manager to join our team, with a proven track record in outbound sales within a comparable company/industry. The ideal candidate will proactively seek out potential customers and possess expertise in selling voice terminal services, bulk SMS, call center software, and CRM solutions to clients.

VoiceSpin serves over 500 international large enterprises, high-tech corporations, private companies, communication brands in the spheres of e-commerce, trading, finances, government, law and more.

Among the company’s clients, there are such well-known brands as Toyota, Fedex, AT&T, Etoro, Burger ranch, Hebrew university, Pizza Hut and others.

The company develops solutions for B2B Sales and Support Contact Centers. Voice and chat communications are a priority.

Responsibilities:
Manage and develop business opportunities with Telecom Carriers in company portfolio;
Continuously seek new Accounts and Manage existing Customers by best services ;
Manage relationships with both customers and vendor;
Sell and create new ideas to increase sales within an existing database;
Manage the day-to-day relationship within the existing customer and new business development;
Search and Find direct routes form Telecom carrier around the world;
Achieve and exceed sales targets;
Perform other sales functions via phone, email, or mail and LinkedIn;
Reports to the Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis;
Utilize existing contact network and social media strategies to sell and promote international voice terminations.

Requirements:
Experience in B2B and sales it's a must have;
Experience with outbound sales in a similar company/industry;
Experience with cloud pbx products or Omnichannel;
At least Upper-Intermediate English.
