We are looking for a remote Project Coordinator to join our team!
INFUSEmedia is a truly global organization, with team members currently located in eight time zones (and quickly expanding).

We are searching for a curious, full of energy, motivated Project Coordinator looking to jumpstart his/her career!

You will:

- Act as a liaison between management and individual team members;
- Maintaining a close working relationship between all members;
- Coordinate job tasks between team members;
- Serving as an intermediary between clients and staff members, answering questions from clients;
- Responsible for setting up meetings to discuss issues and keeping up communications;
- Providing administrative support for team members.

Requirements:

- Advanced level of English;
- Direct, organized, and accessible;
- Administrative and managerial experience is an advantage;
- Proficient in Adobe and Office software.
