Необхідні навички:
- At least six months of experience in a relevant position (Account manager, Pre-Sale Manager, Product Manager);
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Understanding of B2B client management and the ability to identify and fulfill client needs effectively;
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company;
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously, stress resistance;
- Constant desire to learn new things and master a large amount of new knowledge.

Буде плюсом:
- Crypto/Blockchain Experience

Обов’язки:
- Implement the client’s purchased services;
- Work closely with internal teams to make sure that the key client receives the support they need;
- Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s account and the team, and identify areas for improvement;
- Monitor service quality;
- Gather feedback from the client and share it with the internal team to improve delivered services;
- Address any issues or concerns the client may have and work to resolve them promptly;
- Carry out upselling;
- Work with the technical part of the services.
